1915 Ford Couplet Construction

This model, bought on ebay, may be over 50-years old! 

The head gasket needed widening, and some brass tube spark plugs were added. 

I removed all the chrome (brass) coatings. 

 

Made door handles, starter crank, and other details out if brass rod. 

Added a gas pedal. 

 

 

 

 

Added some photo-etch hinges and lengthened the hood a little for a snug fit.  

The kit part for the top (solid plastic) was replaced with copper wire.  

 

 

Tissue paper coated with white glue became the canvas.
