Acki AutorThanks Mates, the photos are only quick shots with flashlight. Some better pics will follow. The Commando dosn´t fit! Got headache while trying to glue the arms and the sten. The cart will not lay on the side like the boxart. The axis doesn´t look good for that.

Acki AutorLot´s of these little pins on both pieces of the wall. Cut them away an filled the holes with heated sprues. Hard work! 🙂

Mike KryzaHi Acki - looks again nice. Btw I recommend the "Wachsspachtelgerät". This is a very helpful tool. I will never miss it. I use it very often. And the range of application is very wide!

Arne GreveDanke Holger. Ich habe gerade mal gegoogelt. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich mir noch ein technisches Gerät für mein Hobby zulege. Und teuer soll es auch sein. Im Flugzeugforum findet man ein Interessantes Für und Wieder.

Holger KranichJa son Ding kostet neu bei RaiRo 70 Schleifen. Ich weis auch nicht ob ich mir sowas kaufen soll, aber ausprobieren würde ich es gerne mal.

Holger KranichAnd some figures should get attached, too. Then the groundplate is not big enough but i would give it a try. The cart can still be removed from the area. Try and error, the way i build😢🙂!

Mike KryzaHi - Jetzt mal halblang - Als ich mir das WSG gekauft habe, habe ich mir in den A.... gewissen das ich das Teil nicht schon früher gekauft habe. OK - nicht billig (zwei Bausätze) aber die Investition lohnt sich wirklich...!!!! Gerade im Figurenbau...!!!
Es ist eine Ergänzung zu den normalen Spachtelmasse, aber es lohnt sich.
Weiter Fragen - schreibt mir einfach...:-D

Mike KryzaHi Arne - ich stelle keine Figuren her - aber das WSG leistet hier sehr gute Dienste. Gerade beim Umbau, wenn auch größere Spalten zu füllen sind, oder mal wieder ein Ohr bei einer Figur fehlt wird das Teil eingesetzt. Mich hat es immer davor gescheut das mit Putty zu machen. Die Schleiferei hat mich nur noch genervt. Hier kann man aber, wenn das Ergebnis nicht befriedigt einfach noch mal ansetzen. Noch ein Vorteil ist die nicht vorhandene Wartezeit. Lediglich vor der Bemalung ist das Modell mit Silikonentferner einzutreichen. Kann man alles schlecht in Worte fassen, muß man selber erlebt bzw. ausprobiert haben.

Thomas MayerHabe auch ein Wachsspachtelgerät und das schon viele, viele, viele Jahre. Als langfristige Investition gesehen eine durchaus sinnvolle Anschaffung.
70 Euro verteilt auf vielleicht 15+ Jahre machen den Preis ganz schnell relativ, wie es halt bei hochwertigem (und nicht billig abgekupfertem!) Werkzeug so ist.

a tip: The wrinkles in the stowage are to sharp. Do some blending. It will be better than.
The cart: Put some old sacks on it. Or some tools for fieldworking (is that correct in english?). Or some gras. I have thousands of brush hairs. You can take it on the cart. I can send you some.

The Greyhound is mostly done. I have only two figures of the allied forces. So we´ll see what will come out of this project. 🙂
