I normally doesn't look this organised, and the Guinness isn't a permanent fixture (it's often a bitter, or whisky or rum or wine…..). This is my 'build area' – an A3 cutting mat.
My spray booth, which is directly behind the build-area – just swivel the chair and I'm in paint mode (after untangling my headphones). As before, it isn't normally this tidy. Since I took this photo I have updated the lighting.
My models are stored in the built-in wardrobe – not ideal, but it protects them from dust. It also stores my vast stash – all nine kits of it. I'll need to add another drawer soon.
As my sprue holder appears to be the star of the show… This is my current one – made out of the 'plate' section of a metal washing-up rack. Not much in it at the moment as I'm part way through a Natter.
