1967 Corvette

Progress update on Revell's reissue of the 1967 Stingray. After researching some factory colours online, I was attracted to the Goodwood Green version with white stripe and brown interior. Being in Australia, I needed to find an alternative to Goodwood Green, I have used the recently released Monterey Green by SMS. Monterey Green is a local GM-H colour available on Holdens in the early 70s.
The body is airbrushed in SMS Surfacer Black, wet sanded, then SMS Jet Black, 2 coats of Monterey Green. The decals were applied, and finally SMS 2K 2 part clear coat was airbrushed.
Interior is a combination of SMS Brown and German Sand Yellow. I didn't use the gauge decals, instead opting to hand detail them using Molotow and colouring pencils.
