George Bacon AuteurNever used photo-etch zimmerit. I think I like it, but will reserve final judgement untill we see it painted and weathered.

George Bacon AuteurWelcome aboard everybody! 🙂. The zimmerit is on. I think it's the first time in my life I ever used every part in a photo-etch set.

George Bacon AuteurHunter, I think the photo-etch sets I'm using were made for this kit. So far they fit very well, but not "perfect." For example, I had to enlarge the bolt holes on the zimmerit in a few places to get it to fit to my liking.

H KThe PE zimmerit has some bad press on the internet. I used it on my Sturmtiger and I have to say I liked it.
