one of the first models I made in 2013, unfortunately, besides my poor aptitudes, the airfix kit is horrible. Do not buy this airfix kit unless you are collecting kits. Airfix should scrap this mold (and everything related like box, etc.) and create a new JS-2 kit in 1:72 scale with good standards and good mold.

I built one of these for a "crap tank" group build. Easily one of the worst models I've ever seen, both in design (I think the kit was based entirely off of grainy film footage from the 1945 parade) and execution (muzzle brake missing detail from one side, some people had their kits arrive with parts missing).

Yes lets hope airfix retires this one for good. I was iluded by the brand new box.
