I think that's what Fujimi says. (can't read Japanese) Overall finish should be gloss. I'm assured that F4J(UK) is correct designation. Remember that aircraft as delivered did not match official scheme which was Barley Grey/Medium Sea Grey/Lt. Aircraft Grey. Kit includes decals for all serials and individual letters.

certainly true about F-4J, my typing and editing error. I'm doing this because I was asked to. What I mean by misleading is being asked to paint e.g. Japanese aircraft in RLM 70,for example. Many kit manufacturers specify their own paints rather than use official or even popular names. I'd much rather type FS xxxxx than 60%this40%that. I'm sure I checked this morning but if I'm not mistaken H334 is Barley Grey. H 306 Gray FS. 36270 + H 57 Air Craft Gray does not suggest Bluish to me.

H-57 is Aircraft Gray FS 16473 is 8.8BG 6.9/0.6 which is most certainly a Blue-Green Gray color. 36270 is one of the very light Purple Blues,,,,,,mixed together, they should make a Blue-Gray
