Probable double Beriev MBR-2 (Iom-Kit 72101, 1:72) (I've seen it as Condor in a modelling magazine, but with this box, with no manufacturer's name).
Edit: disregard this message, possibly it's made by both manufacturers, since now I see it has Condor logo...
