1942: Taken on Strength/Charge with the Netherlands Navy with s/n L2-38.
30 May 1942: Transferred to Royal Netherlands Military Flying School, Jackson, MS.
December 1944: Leased to KLM West Indisch Bedrijf.
With C/R PJ-AKD.
1945: Returned from loan.
1945: Transferred to 1316 Dutch Communications Flight, London, UK. With RAF s/n BX328.
September 1946: Taken on Strength/Charge with the Netherlands Navy with s/n T-2.
September 1946: Transferred to 1st Air Transport Unit.
3 October 1952: Struck off Strength/Charge from the Netherlands Navy.
1953: To Airtraco A. B. Sweden with c/r SE-BXR. To Finland with c/r OH-ETA.
15 October 1956: To Wideroe and Polaris A/S, Norway with c/r LN-BFS.
6 April 1963: To Scanfly Kastrup, Denmark with c/r OY-AOV.
13 June 1966: Civil registration, OY-AOV, cancelled.

1 January 1977: To Danmarks Flyvemuseum.
November 1981: To Militaire Luchtvaart Museum, Kamp van Zeist, Soesterberg, Utrecht.
November 1981: On behalf of the owner stored with/at Gilze-Rijen Airbase, the Netherlands.
From 1982 to April 1985: Restored. Markings Applied: L2-38
April 1985: Transported by ground. Delivered to Militaire Luchtvaart Museum, Kamp van Zeist, Soesterberg, Utrecht
Circa 1990: Placed on display.
From 2010 to 2013: Restored. Markings Applied: L2-38
10 October 2010: In the restauration workshop at the Militaire Luchtvaart Museum.

Great looking Electra Junior, Wouter! Nice to be able to see the real thing up close too!
Of course I knew the plane in the museum, but was pleasantly surprised to discover it's history.
