Wow, what a concept! I guess you need to have Siberia to build something like this. Wonder if it even comes with a wheel conversion?! Very interesting, definitely following 👍

Welcome Gents.
Alec, I have seen pics of what seems to be temporary wheeled conversion. For restoraton purposes, I assume.

Well, I just improvised 🙂 I took the Burnt Umber from Vallejo Model Air range and brush painted two layers:
- first one w/o primer or thinner, quite thick and not exactly covering the styrene
- second - thick too (the seats have no details), but only the flat parts, I bypassed the corners
And that's it really, were there any details, I should find another idea 🙂

Thank you. I have a kit I am thinking of building next that has similar seats with no details

Not An aircraft, not Polish, what happened to you, Lukasz ? Following anyway 🙂

Erik, it's such a mad idea of combining a car with an airplane that I immediately got hooked once I saw it 🙂

Thanks guys, the decals are drying right now. Next: washing, detailing and windows.

That's a bugger of a window fit, best of luck to make it's shape work!

Well, you can call it MW's trademark😉 I'm scratching a more transparent one 🙂

The window looks good; the frame looks different compared the original photographs. More rounded in the corners - hoping you know what I mean. 🙂 That would be a tough path to correct the frame. I think I'd go for a new window from transparent sheet. And you could install the bright coloured middle strut in the window.... just suggestions. That thing looks so cool ,whatever you do, it will be a fine result!

Ah, you're right Mirko, there's a frame in the middle. I have forgot since I had a ride in M20 some years ago. Thanks for the reminder, I'll find a decal strip in my stash for that. 🙂

What an interesting machine.
Especially for a resident of a country where there's very little snow.
Well done

Finished! It's bigger on your screen then in reality, unless you're browsing scalemates on your smartphone😉
Thanks Wilky. Looking at the Oz weather AD2020 everything is still possible😉

Thanks Alec. I wish I could recommend this kit, but it's really bad, even the lamps are not round, though I spent a lot of time trying to align them 🙁

Thanks Mirko. I completed it too late to take some pictures in the real snow. Maybe next winter...😉

I agree with Oleg. Something special off the beaten track! I like the colour blue.

Many thanks mates, I really appreciate your comments. The subject itself is definitely off the beaten track 😄
The colour is a longer story Neuling, first I planned to use Tamiya's X-4, but it turned out too dark. Then I started mixing and came up with this one. Planned to have it more greyish, which would be more realistic, but I like this one too much 🙂

Great little monster... 👍 Just feeling sorry that with current climate course, my kids will not understand what such things were ever built for...

How did I miss this? I really like what you have accomplished. You definitely squeezed this set for all possibilities. Aeroskis are always interesting to me. Inapplicable to anything but huge bare fields. I don't want to comment on why there are such vehicles only in Siberia. The topic will become political. Or as it is said in that joke: What will the Russians not do if only not to build roads.

It's a great piece, Lukasz! And it's really cute in the snow, the flakes are huge in proportion to the model and it shows how tiny it is. 👍
