Monogram's '66 Chevy Malibu Street Machine. This project consists of my original kit built around 30yrs ago which was pretty much trashed, and a partiality complete, but unbuilt kit I picked from a friend recently.
I salvaged nearly all the missing parts from my old kit and stripped all the paint. I also stripped all the chrome parts, and airbrushed them with Metallics from SMS. The new body was prepared and hit with SMS White Surfacer, then SMS Premium Red. I applied my original decals which I hadn't used back when I built it, and surprisingly they were in great shape. Then I gave it 3 coats of SMS 2K (2 part) Clear. Chrome trim is Molotow, the other Chrome parts including wheels and bumpers are done in SMS HyperChrome Cold.
I added plug leads, but otherwise it's box stock.
