OK, well here is my review of this manufacturer, if that is what they are.

If you read my original comment regarding this conversion, I have been wanting this kit for years! I finally pulled the trigger and placed an order. Now I had been hesitant. For years I have messaged them on fb and emailed their customer service, to no avail, they never bothered to respond. Finally a month ago, I checked their fb page to see how long ago they had an update. Based on that being a month or two, I took a chance and ordered.

Shockingly, for the first time in FIVE YEARS, they replied to my question on fb chat. I could not believe it! They offered me a wonderful 20% discount off ANYTHING they sell. When I replied that I had been waiting for years for them to answer my emails and chats, and I already placed the order at full price, and requested a refund of the difference, or a bigger discount on a second order to help offset how they kind of screwed me over, and would force me to pay shipping a second time, I exoected a courtesy reply.

Nothing.

When I sent the screen capture of my purchase only a week before they finally replied to me. Nothing.

I then told them of the years waiting to find out if they were still in business, and taking a chance, I bought anyway..........still nothing.

Now I am not stupid, I can tell when they read my messages, they just CHOOSE to ignore me, a paying customer, wanting to give them more money. Yet they STILL don't answer.

Worse, they don't even provide international tracking for their customers. I have no idea if they even shipped my item.

To put this in a nut shell, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They are actually worse than Kitty Hawk models, at least they answered their emails.

Unless you are stuck with no other alternatives, I warn you not to waste your time or money on these amatures, it's absolutely ridiculous how little regard for your money they have. And I say that with a heavy heart, I really hoped to give them a positive review, but in the end, they have shown me nothing that justifies giving them a faith in their products or services. Truly let me down in almost every way possible. If the item ever arrives, I have very little faith it is worth the money. Such a shame!
