90s Greek Military, Jeep-type vehicle

I'm planning on building one of the many different Jeep-type, 4x4 vehicles the Greek military had in the 90s. Willys MB, Ford M151, Mercedes G-class, Volkswagen Iltis, UAZ-469, you name it, we probably had it back then.

Probably going to paint it in MERDC camo, will need to figure out in which colours first as the military has used every green, brown and sand colour under the sun for this, it seems.

I also want to put a driver figure on the vehicle, which automatically makes this project exponentially harder. Why does no one make sort of generic modern driver figures in fatigues in 1:35 scale?!

Update 09/12: Both the colours and the driver figure have been sorted out! Now to decide on which vehicle to actually make.

Update 12/12: I have settled on the AFV Club M38A1 and it has been ordered!

Update 24/12: Got the figures, decals and necessary paints. Now just gotta wait for New Year's, for the Jeep 😄

Update 20/01: I've been working on the Jeep and the driver on and off for the past two weeks, now the gaps have been filled with putty and will be sanded tomorrow. I'll get to painting soon! Further updates will be in the form of albums.
