Welcome and thanks. As I love the transparent windscreens in airliner kits, it's hard to combine it with DC-9s in 144th - either you have to sell a kidney to get an EE/Airfix kit or you have to live with this one. I decided to cheat it using the Authentic Airliner Decals set for Douglas planes and I have to admit it does its job perfectly 🙂
PS. I need to address that scratch in front of the windscreen, macro is merciless as always 🙂

In fact the decals are mediocre to say the least. Or is it the kit? Anyway the panel line vs decal fit is bad, the main door being one of multiple examples. But if you want to build a short DC-9 in 1/144 there's actually no choice 🙁
The windows on my coonish 737 were much better I have to say 🙂
