I just got done watching Plasmo on YouTube build this kit, he did an amazing job. Does anyone know where I can get a big sin set, or complete PE detail set, and engines, wheels, radar, etc for this kit ?

If you click in the product page (the link you provided), you can see several stores that offer the kit. There will be others for sure also having it in stock. About the detail sets, the probably arr from different manufacturers (brengun, etc). If you click on the topic (B29) in the product page (link tou sent) you can see all the products in the database for this topic, if you filter by scale, and category detailset, you will get to

If you click on the sets that you want, you can see the stores that sells those (for sure, there are other shops too)

Be careful to check if they are for the brand/model that u want (a detail set for a revel model may not be possible/easy to use in the academy one)
I would also suggest the video, since maybe there are links to specific items so you can easily identify them
