One piece white metal track links with steel pins, replaces previous plastic 2 piece track links

The tracks are one of the least issues with the old kit... Unless they have also updated quite few of the plastic parts and corrected the multitude of errors in the instructions this kit will be really challenging to build

After abandoning the Tunguska by Panda years ago I decided to try this kit. And as with the Tunguska the quality is pretty horrible and there are several errors in the instructions and parts. I also have the Voyager PE set and armed with that and way more experience this kit might be possible but will certainly be a challenge.

Started with the turret and radar and so far had to scratch build part G25 in addition to the errors pointed by themodellingnews.com..nda-hobbys-35th.html

And the tracks are done. ended up with all 4 extra links (after allocating 2 links for the spares carried on the vehicle), so the track budget is extremely tight.

Calling this now assembled, still tons of small PE parts that I could use but I just want to move on to other kits... And silly me found 5 link test assembly in the bottom of the box, so there are a decent amount of extra track links.
