Stopped by the LHS to check out the bargain shelf and didn't find anything interesting, so I wandered around a bit to see if there was anything that would inspire me to spend the rest of my birthday gift cards. I stumbled upon a small stack of these Wunderschöne Neue Maschinen Pt.1 kits and thought they might be a fun build. But, then I saw the price...$60 CAD...for 1:72...!!! I quickly calmed down when I realized there are two kits complete with PE, masks, stencils and decals for 14 different subjects!!! I could not resist. It's now on the bench next to the two Portuguese Spitfires I have started; maybe I could do a... 'what if Portugal picked a side during the war' diorama.
